* Being a leader is not about what you can make others do. It’s about who you are , what you know , Your goals or objectives. You are a reflection of what your subordinates must be.

* Communication is one of the best qualities in a leader. How you communicate with your subordinates can help them understand the goals or objectives better.

* Leaders are not all rounders and should not be considered as heroes. You must not claim to know everything and not just rely on only your skills. You must recognize and appreciate your subordinates skills as well.

* It takes time and effort to become a good leader something which is not achieved overnight.
